On behalf of the organising and scientific committees of the 2026 Hands Across the City international symposium at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, I would just like to say… thank you!
My deepest gratitude to the wonderful guest presenters – Francesca Naibo, Laila Kirchner and Danica Hobden – who came from abroad to share their fascinating research, generous spirit and wonderful music with us. Thanks also to Francesc Cortès, Lidia López Gómez and Sílvia Martínez for their excellent input, and especially to my co-organiser Gabrielle Kaufman for the incredible amount and quality of work she contributed to making this event happen. And of course, thanks to everyone who attended, whether in person or online, for contributing such great collaborative energy!
